Over the next few days and weeks, "State Houses" across America will start new policies that further prevent law-abiding Americans access to their own house. (That is for another blog post.)

I am not one to ever minimize the tragedy that unfolds when it comes to something as precious as human life, or speculate, yet I must ask the 1st obvious question. Why is it with so little to almost no information can we so quickly enact new security policies, criticize Arizona gun laws, and demand more laws preventing gun ownership?

No, I know what you are thinking...I am not a terrorist. I am an American......No, I know what you are thinking...I am not an extremist. I am an American. No, I know what you are thinking...I am not a conservative. I am an American. Nope....again, I know what you are thinking....I am not a racist, bigot, or homophobic. I am an American.

The New York Times asks "Do you think a toxic political environment contributed to this tragedy? Do you think this will change the political culture of the United States? Do we need to be more "civil" to each other? What do you think politicians, the media, and ordinary citizens could do to ensure something like this doesn't happen again."...

"They" say we need to get out of the fog?

It seems pretty clear to me that the "Mainstream Media" has spent a great deal of time churning the barrel of discontent across this great country. The politicians seem disconnected with their constituency doing what the feel is best for us, as if we were children. The same people who are asking these questions have posed them in such a way that almost demands that "Politicians, The Media, and THE PEOPLE" decide....and it seems to me that the way the questions are phrased, that we are somehow supposed to believe that that is the "new" pecking order because they keep repeating it?

It also dawns on me that I recall this tactic of repeat the lies enough and the people will believe them being used before. The last time it was used, it cost tens of millions of human lives. The problem, reaction, and solution concept in "social-class" warfare seems to be working.

Now that the air is clear...the facts are not. Jared Lee Loughner, a confused young man, under medication, and now in custody. Arizona Gun laws and all state gun laws are now under attack. Politicians and Media seem to be "working" together.....Isn't it time we did the same?

I now will attempt to answer the question(s) in the New York Times piece....Oh wait, I did try.

What has the political arena become?

Political candidates used to debate issues, take a stand, and let the voter decide. Now we live in a 24 hour news/media barrage, where if it doesn't bleed it doesn't lead. With electronic mass mailers, texts, and tweets; it's almost as if we want to be told what to do and how to vote, and who for, etc...

I remember when as a broadcaster oh, those many years ago, when you were NOT allowed to tell people what your political persuasion was! Then we had the 80's and deregulation. Ahhh, the bliss to the humble broadcaster who could speak his mind, and allow his listeners to speak their minds as well! Then came the 90's with talk of "conspiracy", fictional bogeymen dressed in black, equipped by a "secret-group" hell bent on some crazy mission of dubious substance.

When the millennium came and went without the world collapsing into darkness, we looked toward the future and we all had hope for a change!

Now, in my humble opinion it seems that to be a successful broadcaster you must align yourself with a political party. Well I am not successful by definition NOR am I politically aligned!

So desperate the powers that be are since I won't speak and I allow others to speak, this is the solution? Killing 2 birds with one stone? Attempting to politicize The Scooter McGee Show to a political candidate?

Buzz Lightyear is in charge on Capitol Hill. Yes, they (our elected treasonous representatives) have botched our economy so badly that unemployment benefits will have to be extended “to infinity and beyond.”

And the “official” unemployment rate stated by our current mob of Chicago gangsters at 9.7% is . . . well . . . a load of crap. The “official” unemployment rate in this country, without government cooking the books, is 22% and heading higher.

But, according to the smartest man in the world, Helicopter Ben Bernanke, the recession is over and the economy is getting stronger. Maybe Ben should take a ride in his helicopter to get the full picture of what is going on. You see, from January to March of this year, Freddie and Fannie have been foreclosing on a house every 90 seconds, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, to the tune of 163,828 properties. High unemployment and a collapsing real estate market somehow equals economic recovery? Go figure!

Maybe what is on display here is the value of an Ivy League education that so many elitists claim to have. Could it be that these educated Marx, Stalin, Mao, Castro wanna be Socialists are in way over their heads when it comes to actual real life decisions and policy making?

But let’s get back to Freddie and Fannie. Have you heard that they have been de-listed? Say what? In simple terms, they are now penny stocks traded over-the-counter with all worthless stocks. Never mind that we (the taxpayers) are on the hook for another $180 billion that they (the District of Criminals) extorted from us (the taxpayers) to prolong their (Freddie and Fannie) imminent failures. Who cares if they own 95%+ of all mortgages in this country with bankruptcies and defaults sky rocketing? Is a penny stock worth another $2 trillion handout? How deep is the black hole? Just wait, Comrade Obama is about to ask (demand) for more “stimulus.”

This so-called economic recovery is nothing but a big bag of crap that Helicopter Ben, Little Timmy, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, and a completely corrupted government have dropped in our laps. No matter what the state-run propaganda media says, this is a bag of crap and it is really starting to stink up the place.

Is it any wonder that the American people are fed up with the level of corruption found in our government? Bottom line, we get the bill for the orgy of leveraged speculation on Wall Street. The SEC and CFTC are worthless regulatory agencies when they do nothing more than slap meaningless fines on companies that profit from their illegal activities. Never any jail time for the “banksters.” Quite the contrary, they just receive absurd bonuses for criminal behavior. Example? Warren Buffet was fined $100 million for stealing $300 million. Crime does pay!

Speaking of criminals on Wall Street, let’s talk about Goldman Sachs and JP Morgan. How is it possible that they never have a losing trade? That’s right; these companies trade in every market in the world and never have a losing trade for an entire year! Give me a break!. That is an impossible feat to accomplish without the complete cooperation of the SEC and the CFTC. On the other hand, duplicate their trading success as an individual investor and see how many audits you draw from the regulators! If you want your blood to boil, google high frequency or flash trading.

Even more disturbing, how is it that Goldman Sachs shorts BP just days ahead of the Horizon Platform failure? Not to mention, BP’s CEO, Tony Hayward, sells a large portion of his BP stock just ahead of the disaster? I am not going to suggest divine guidance in this event because both parties involved are Illuminists who worship at the occult alter of Lucifer. What I am suggesting is an orchestrated event that was needed to pass Cap and Trade (Crap and Charade) legislation that is immensely unpopular with the American voters. Now we can have it shoved down our throats “for our own good.”

Want to hear something a little more disturbing? How about Goldman Sachs shorting United Airlines and American Airlines in the days leading up to 9/11 and acquiring major positions in Halliburton. Coincidence? I think not. No other event at that time would have shaken our American Spirit enough to allow our government to start two endless illegal wars and enact the most oppressive legislation on our history – the “Patriot Act.”

What you have to understand is that all of these events are staged. There is no “left” (Democrat) or “right” (Republican). We have a gang of demonic illuminati that are intent on ushering in a “New World Order” that the majority of “We the People” and all Christians will not be a part of. The Gusher in the Gulf that BP has unleashed is a repeat of the madness the Russians tapped into in the early 1970’s. What? This is going to come as a surprise to many but oil is not a fossil fuel that comes from the remains of decayed dinosaurs. Rather, it is a product of a chemical generating system that occurs deep within the earth’s mantle, which manufactures “abiotic fuel oil” on a continuing basis. The supplies are endless. Has anyone heard that the long exhausted Pennsylvania oil fields are filling up again? How could that be happening unless there is a re-generating process taking place within the earth?

Back to our Russian story. In the early 1970’s, the Russians hit one of these “abiotic fuel oil” chambers at unheard-of-depths of 40,000 feet. What they encountered was a nightmare of pressures that blew their drilling rigs to pieces and unleashed an uncontainable oil spill/gusher/disaster. Now, keep in mind that in the 70’s nuclear testing was still going on in the vast open areas of Mother Russia, so a few detonations in the middle of nowhere aroused no suspicions from the west. However, the mere thought that underground nuclear explosions were the only option available to plug this hole is un-nerving to say the least.

Fast forward 40 years, with improved technology, and BP taps into one of these chambers 32,000 feet below the floor of the ocean in 5,000 feet of water and bang. The pressures encountered were so immense that no blow off preventer (BOP) or series thereof could contain. In other words, no piece of equipment available today can withstand these colossal pressures of 70,000 to 80,000 pounds per square inch (PSI)! When you understand that normal pressure levels at the well head average 1,500 to 2,000 PSI, you begin to understand the magnitude of this problem.

What happens if BP has inadvertently opened Pandora’s Box? Where Russia’s mistake happened on land and was ultimately containable, BP’s mistake happened 5,000 feet down on the ocean floor, where all efforts to contain to this point have failed. If nuclear detonations are the only option available, and are not successful in plugging the hole, but rather, completely rupture the fuel chamber, we could be looking at an end-of-times scenario.

Also, escaping through this hole in the ocean floor are a plethora of deadly gasses. That’s right. The oil is not the only deadly problem here. It is the toxic gasses that are pouring into the Gulf Air Stream. Not only are they toxic to breathe, they are poisonous to plant life when they become a part of rainfall. Ahhhh. And so we add hurricanes to the mix and the situation goes from horrendous to unimaginable.

The Gulf Coast will be uninhabitable if this oil gusher is not contained. Just levels of benzene gas at 3,000 parts per billion, will make human activity impossible when acceptable levels for humans are 0 to 4 parts per billion. People in the gulf doing the cleanup at sea, as well as residents of the Gulf Coast states are already feeling the effects of benzene poisoning – shortness of breath, nausea, and vomiting. This could lead to a mass relocation of Americans as the Gulf Coast becomes too hazardous for humans. Where in America do you put 10 million+ dislocated Americans? We are about to find out if the elusive FEMA Camps are reality or fiction and just how many UN troops are in America to contain us. Or, possibly, Detroit and Chicago can take in the refugees to fill the thousands of vacant properties they are preparing to demolish. Who knows?

Incredibly, Wall Street still manipulates itself higher. The talking heads on CNBC are all promoting a Bull Market. Higher and higher for the DOW, the S&P 500, and the NASDAQ as they sucker punch the sheeple investors into what will be the most destructive bear market the world has ever seen. After hours futures trading on low volume continue to be the economic stimulus for the market. In other words, the financial sector (the banksters) is blatantly manipulating the markets while the SEC and the CFTC turn a blind eye. The complete failure (bankruptcy) of the majority of the states (46) and countless municipalities across America will signal the end of Wall Street by means of a collapsed Bond Market. This economic crisis, combined with the environmental crisis, in conjunction with riots in the streets as banks burn, will be the catalyst for Martial Law in America. The events that unfold this summer could signal the end of the Constitution, suspension of this fall’s elections, and an illegal alien declaring himself King of America.

The fabric of our nation has been ripped to shreds. Our Constitution has been spat on and defecated on by elite globalists who are not loyal to America. This Anti-American Socialist scum rests in our city councils, state houses, federal government, and all the way to our Muslim President (whom we can’t seem to validate as an actual American). They have knocked us to the mat, blackened our eyes, and bloodied our lips.

But the American people are about to get off their knees and deliver a blow that these Illuminists will not believe. We don’t want Socialism, Fascism, Communism or any other form of tyranny that they propose. Let the chips fall where they may when push comes to shove in this globalist game of chicken.

The financial firestorm that is coming will wipe out paper assets. Even cash in you hand is suspect in a drastic dollar devaluation. For example: The dollar today is worth 31% less that it was worth in 2003 while gold has gone up 300% in the same time frame. What do you think happens if the dollar tanks another 50%?

All fiat currencies, made by man, with the sole purpose of defrauding people, are going to become extinct. It is as simple as that. Please transfer all assets you don’t want devalued to zero to gold and silver right now! Precious metals, held in your possession have a liability to no one and will save you from complete and utter financial ruin. Heads They Win – Tails we Lose

Criminality reigns supreme in the United States. From our illegal alien fraud of a President – Barack Hussein Obama (AKA: Barry Sotero) to the treasonous swine on Capitol Hill. I’ll argue that premise with a little comparison of gold in 1935 and present day 2010. Now, I’m going to assume that those reading this agree that 2+2=4 and are able to do 8th grade math.

If we are to believe our government’s data, then we must believe we have no inflation. How then do you account for gold maintaining its purchasing power over time while paper money is inflated to oblivion? If you are a rational thinker, the answer is that you can’t. On the other hand, if you have a public education and a liberal arts degree, you probably just logged onto your favorite porn site on the internet because the truth brings you down. Peace out, Dude.

In that respect, “We the People” have the ability to dissolve this manipulation. It can be done by the purchase of physical metal for personal possession. No 401(k)s, no IRA’s because they (our Marxist government) are preparing right now to confiscate your retirement. What if people pulled their funds from their 401(k) and IRA plans, paid the taxes and penalties, and bought physical silver and gold to be held privately out of the reach of Herr Obama and his brown-shirt Nazis? My guess is that prices would go into orbit and Wall Street would implode.

From another perspective, what if the mainstream media FACTUALLY reported on the size of the world derivative debt – quadrillion dollars! I would wager a few 1 ounce gold Eagles that money would start to flow like a tsunami into gold and by default – silver – if people saw the real debt they were on the hook for. Especially when more and more people realize governments simply monetize their debt – creating counterfeit money by means of FIAT.

Let’s remember the importance of sound money as our founding fathers intended. The purpose of a gold standard is to bring accountability to government and financial institutions. Sounds simple, doesn’t it? Now since your money is tied to your store of gold and your money can only grow if you put on a hard hat, and by great physical effort, extract more gold - - well you get the picture. Under this system, your currency remains strong. No artificial money creation and no inflation. But, it is for this very reason – accountability – that the money changers crucify the gold standard as a barbaric relic.

Without a private bank (The Federal Reserve) that creates money out of thin air, a complacent Congress that illegally surrendered its authority to coin money, and the ability of all Illuminist firms to skirt the law by paying off the lawmakers in order to write laws favorable to them only, this outright rape of the individuals wealth is not possible. These “money changers” have sown the wind but they will reap the whirlwind.

The economic philosophy of Keynes, the destruction of personal wealth by means of inflation through FIAT currencies, is coming to a violent end. Those who worship at the altar of Wall Street and Washington will be ground to dust as this corrupt system comes to an end. BooYah Cramer you Illuminist jerk off. Only those who broke free of the FIAT system by purchasing physical gold and silver have any chance to survive this meltdown financially.

Spiritually, your survival is dependent upon your faith. If you worship money and your moral compass points straight down, no amount of physical silver and gold is going to help you. Sorry! Human Secularism, as taught in our schools, is going to be your passport to a very dark place. You might want to read THE BOOK and see how this all ends.

Did you hear there’s a problem in Greece? Funny, six months ago, their problems were no big deal. What a difference a day makes. If Greece is doomed with a debt-to-GDP ratio of 112%, then what about the USA with a debt-to-GDP ratio of 98%? But hold on! What if we include Fannie and Freddie mortgage debt of approximately $5 trillion? The debt-to-GDP ratio jumps to 130%! Now, just for kicks, let’s add in the unfunded liability of Social Security and Medicare – another $45 trillion. The debt-to-GDP ration suddenly jumps to 421%. WHO is fooling WHO here? If Greece is going belly up with their dept, what in the hell are we going to do with ours?

USA Today reported that in order to pay off our current liabilities, EVERY US family would have to pay $31,000/year for 75 years. Say what? Keep in mind kids, they are afraid to report the trillions and trillions in derivatives that our current financial reform is going to throw into our laps. We should WISH we were only as bad as Greece at this point.

The obvious fact here is that the US economy is circling the toilet bowl and the dollar is being flushed. If it makes anyone feel better, ours is not the only FIAT currency making its way to the sewer. The dollar just happens to be the tallest midget in the room at the moment.

So what is the point? The FIAT system is failing. Humpty Dumpty is about to fall off the wall and there is no repair. The only currency that can’t be devalued or printed is gold. GOT ANY?

Wall Street giveth and Wall Street taketh away. Get ready to test the 6,700 level on the DOW. How soon? Let’s throw mid August to early September out there as my guess. Since 46 states will be insolvent by July 1st, this will give the markets a couple months to digest the civil unrest a “jobless recovery” and insane government spending will bring to America. I’ll stick to my guns and say the DOW equals gold at 4,000 and that silver hits $150 an ounce on its way to the moon. Tell me why in the world more people are not storing physical silver and gold instead of soon-to-be worthless paper currencies? Do you have to be hit by falling space debris to understand the severity of this situation? THE ENTIRE WORLD IS FLAT ASS BROKE!

Let’s go over this one more time! The Illuminists do not own paper of any kind. You, the manipulated idiots, are the owners of fantasy assets. The truth hurts, doesn’t it! You need to swap as much of this FIAT crap as possible – as soon as possible – for tangible assets. Period.

WHAT TO DO

Physical silver and gold in your possession is Priority #1.

Have at least six months of food and water needs stored for your family.

Be armed and prepared to defend yourself if need be.

Relocate away from metropolitan areas, if possible, to avoid the coming civil unrest.

Form a group of like minded individuals. Survival will depend on small groups who support each other.

Have a garage sale and get rid of everything you don’t really need. Convert your cash into debt reduction, storable food stuffs, silver and gold, and guns and ammunition.

USA Today reported that in order to pay off our current liabilities, EVERY US family would have to pay $31,000/year for 75 years. Say what? Keep in mind kids, they are afraid to report the trillions and trillions in derivatives that our current financial reform is going to throw into our laps. We should WISH we were only as bad as Greece at this point.

The obvious fact here is that the US economy is circling the toilet bowl and the dollar is being flushed. If it makes anyone feel better, ours is not the only FIAT currency making its way to the sewer. The dollar just happens to be the tallest midget in the room at the moment.

So what is the point? The FIAT system is failing. Humpty Dumpty is about to fall off the wall and there is no repair. The only currency that can’t be devalued or printed is gold. GOT ANY?

The other day, I went to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) to renew my driver’s license. This was not my first visit as the last three attempts ended in frustration. Unlike some, I can’t afford to “take a number” and wait four hours for my turn to come up. Funny thing, I have a business to run so I can pay the taxes that make this inefficient system possible.

It didn’t used to be like that, but my state thought it more important to eliminate DMV offices so they could employ two new ACLU lawyers. This is big government at work. And you think, by any stretch of the imagination, that government run health care could ever be successful?

The inept morons, masquerading as government employees, that run the DMV would be running the health care system. Be prepared to die in line while waiting for healthcare.

Small business employs 70% of America and big government is running at a breakneck pace to destroy the hand that feeds them. If Cap and Trade and Healthcare “Reform” passes, you will see an exodus of small businesses that either fail or realize that working to subsidize degenerates just isn’t worth it. Why take the risk of private capital if there are no rewards? In their attempt to re-distribute wealth, or Marxist leaders are going to equalize the poor and destroy America as we know it.

Our leaders today are nothing more than a pack of ambulance chasing lawyers who have sued their way to positions of power. They have not created wealth with capital expansion and job creation. No, they have destroyed wealth with a blizzard of lawsuits attacking every segment of the economy. They themselves bear the brunt of high health care costs. Yet they are in charge of the “change” we are supposed to swallow.

As we continue to lose 500,000 jobs per month, where on earth are the “green shoots” in this economy that have propelled the S&P 500 up 50% since the March low at 6,500? How absurd is this rally when corporations are closing facilities and laying off employees in order to try and hit their REVISED earnings numbers? Now, we even hear that this will be a “jobless recovery!” Give me a break. Seventy-five percent of our GDP is based on consumption. So tell me how unemployment at 10% and rising can benefit the markets? You see, if people lose their jobs, they stop consuming, which grinds this economy to a stop. On the flip side of this equation, these newly unemployed now stand in line for unemployment benefits. With millions of unemployed drawing benefits from a bankrupt system that has a shrinking cash flow due to a reduction in tax payers, where in the world is the “recovery” going to come from?

Our banks use revisionist accounting practices (AKA: FRAUD), as do the crooks on Wall Street and in Washington. They have been so corrupted that they regularly use “fantasy” economic models instead of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Where on earth are the SEC and CFTC to regulate this hocus pocus smoke and mirrors show? One can only assume that they are but one cog in the wheel of corruption.

Going forward, third quarter earnings will be very disappointing. Business can make only so many cuts to the top line (close factories, lay off workers, reduce inventory) in order to make their bottom line (earnings) look good. But they are running out of cards to play. The consumer needs to consume and they are not. They are either paying down debt, saving, or unemployed. No recovery, and certainly no growth, is possible in this scenario Comrade Obama.

The Marxist solution to this problem economy is predictable – keep raising taxes on a decreasing tax base until you are bankrupt. Need an example? Look no further than California. How would you like to be paid with and I.O.U. instead of a paycheck? Sadly, there are a dozen states out there that are facing similar conditions as they confront mounting deficits in their budgets.

We are headed toward a firestorm that will destroy everything in its path. A soft landing is out of the question at this point. The Fed knows if they raise interest rates to curb future inflation, they will destroy what is left of our feeble economy. On the other hand, the lack of confidence in the economy and zero interest rates will guarantee the coming Blitzkrieg of hyper-inflation. They have put America between a rock and a hard place and we are about to be ground to pieces.

The reality of the situation is this: As a nation, we are broke. The dollar is breaking up as the world’s reserve currency. Nobody wants to finance our socialized utopia anymore. Like a gathering storm, people are waking up and looking to “real money” – silver and gold – to protect their wealth.

It is vital to your survival to own physical silver and gold. Personally I am purchasing 100 ounces of silver to every one ounce of gold because the percentage rise in silver will dwarf gold. A good strategy in your silver holdings is a bag of pre-1965 U.S. silver dimes, quarters, and half dollars. This will give you smaller denominations of silver for barter in the coming black days. Also if you shop around, you’ll find these bags of $1,000 face value silver can be purchased at the lowest premiums over spot silver.

Definitely, get started or continue your accumulation of silver and gold. We are going to see a disconnect of equities and metal when gold goes over $1,000/ounce and silver breaks $20/ounce. In other words, when the S&P goes down, metals will go up instead of these two markets working in tandem. This day is in the very near future. At least 20% of your net worth needs to be in metal. Play Russian roulette with the other 80%.

What is happening in America today is mind boggling. Common sense has been replaced with collective thought. Right is wrong, up is down, and black is white in our thought and speech repressed society. Our Constitution is hanging by a thread in a room filled with knife wielding radicals. Heaven help us.

Disagree with any of the far left Marxists and you are a “Domestic Terrorist.” Express a religious belief, like Miss California, Carrie Prejean did, and expect a character assasination from the “Gay Mafia.” Suggest fair treatment as a bond holder of Chrysler and get a take it or leave it dime on the dollar offer. Get used to it. This is how a totalitarian dictatorship works.

In a country where investors are told to take a haircut, capitalists are viewed as fodder for the guillotine, and profits are reserved for the UAW and Obama, we no longer need markets of any kind. It’s called Communism folks and free markets don’t exist in this toxic environment.

One should not be surprised with the growing numbers of entreprenures who are fleeing our ever increasing Socialist society for greener pastures overseas. Fleeing to countries that believe in and want capital expansion and the benefits that free market innovation brings.

It is really quite simple. You can shear a sheep over and over but you can only skin it once. Eventually, you will chase capital, entreprenures, and investors out of America. And what will be left? A third world country, laced with equal poverty for all, ruled by a dictator.

One thing is fore sure. Under this administration, government and only more government is the only answer to every perceived crisis. They are removing self-reliance and replacing it with utmost faith in our elite ruling class. Nothing good can come from this.

The dollar is getting spanked, and rightly so. We are printing 50 cents for every dollar we spend. The dollar has to be sacrificed to keep 10 year treasuries at low yeilds so all the jumbo mortgages that are about to adjust can adjust at lower rates. You see, mortgage rates are linked to 10 year treasuries. This short term stragety might limit the number of coming mortgage defaults on these jumbos, but it will guarantee higher yields on the 30 year bonds we are peddling to pay off our titanic debt. Sooner or later, pop goes the weasel.

The U.S. economy is standing on the rim of the Grand Canyon and we are about to go over the edge. Unfortunately, we are going to hit every ledge on the way down and wind up a heap of bloody and broken bones at the bottom. Survivors of this nightmare are going to be few and far between. Wealthy people will become poor and poor people will cease to exist.

Wall Street knows the sins of their fraudulent derivative schemes are going to explode in their laps. Chasing impossible yields with highly leveraged bets can’t go on forever. They desparately need the trillions of dollars sitting on the sidelines back into the equity markets to hide their deceptive practices. Don’t be fooled by this market rally as it is nothing more than a dead cat bounce. It has no legs and no fundamentals to support a sustained rally – it is nothing more than a magic show. The only thing missing is David Copperfield pulling a rabbit out of his hat. Frankly, we are more likely to see monkeys fly out of Geithner’s butt.

The single best asset you can own right now is gold. The limited number of people who see its merit will survive. The manipulation of gold by the central banks to foster paper currencies is coming to an end. You must look beyond the talking heads on Wall Street! Ignore equities and buy gold!

If just 5% of American investors put 10% of their holdings into gold, the lid would come off this boiling pot. The dollar would be scalded beyond recognition, equity markets would dissolve, and a depression like no other in recorded history would land on our shores. Believe me, Wall Street is scared to death that this could happen and is doing everything in its power to downplay gold as a viable investment.

Secretly, I would wager that these Jim Cramer types have a stockpile of gold to protect their assets. What a crime. They recommend investors buy into this bear market rally just to grease the wheels of their trading machinery. Herd mentality and water cooler conversation keeps this wealth destruction game going. Unfortunately for them, at the Pearly Gates, St. Peter will be pulling the flush lever.

As I write this letter, two interesting trends are being tested. The S&P 500 broke resistance at 915 but could not hold at this level. The trend is now heading down. We should test the March 6,500 lows by mid-summer. If you bought into this rally, I suggest you sell your long positions and establish some short positions. If you are thinking about jumping into the markets at this level, DON’T. Jumping in now will be like diving into a pool with no water – you are going to break your neck.

On the other hand, gold has broken through resistance at $925. If it can hold at this level, we will test $1,000 again in the near term. Depending on the panic that will ensue when the markets collpase again, we should continue a substantial up trend in gold and test $1,500 by year end. Add to you position in physical metals. Avoid ETF’s and pool accounts.

The hidden gem in this scenario is a star that is about to go super nova – SILVER! Silver will mimic the gold trend testing the $15 level near term and the $20 level by year end. With retail supplies tight, mine production down, and gold above $1,000, more investors could shift to silver for wealth preservation. With extremely limited supplies of above ground silver, a flight to safety into this asset could send prices to the moon. You must own physical silver in your investment portfolio. Once again, avoid ETF’s and pool accounts. Anything backed by paper is subject to fraud and corruption. In a room full of liars, you need to look under the rug for the truth.

In the Glenn Beck interview he (Ron Paul) denies any knowledge of these very camps Mr. Beck is supposedly "investigating." Glenn Beck informs his viewers that he will continue to "investigate" but that at the time of broadcast (actually show teasers were run that day, and Beck made Fox & Friends that morning to hype up his show) he said he was not going to run the story. Later that day he says he changed his mind after loosing sleep about the story the night before. What happened to the truth Mr. Beck? You say that your conscience got the better of you? Why then did you not talk about your sleepless night while on Fox & Friends the morning it happened? Most Americans now aren't sleeping! This would have made for even better discussion in my opinion. Only after Glenn Beck was slammed on the Internet did he come up with this very lame and quickly contrived excuse.

QUESTION-Was Glenn Beck ordered to "back-off" the F.E.M.A. Camp story? FOXNEWS and Rupert Murdoch are not taking my calls to comment. Mr. Beck could never be bothered with such silly details like explaining himself live on my show. Beck staffers only roll their eyes when my name is accidentally mentioned. Yet I don't feel so bad considering the same reaction is made when The Greeley Tribune is mentioned.

We are in a 2 party (1 party actually) system. The New World Order and a Global Currency that many have warned about and was shrugged off as "kook-talk" and simple "conspiracy theories" are now appearing in headline after headline. The same quotes from the late 1920's are now echoed VERBATIM regarding financial uncertainty in the 21st century.

Herbert Hoover on October 30th the day AFTER the crash of 1929 proclaimed that "The fundamental business of the country, that is production and distribution of commodities, is on a sound and prosperous basis." Just 2 weeks later on November 15 he stated, "Any lack of confidence in the economic future of the United States is foolish." Europeans that are used to socialism now want and are calling for a global currency. Funny, after living through socialism and fascism in the last century, you would think that Europeans would have learned something?

Obviously not.
Riots that are going on are being staged! We have already agreed that there will be NO RIOTING in the Patriot Movement! Provocateurs need not apply!

MEANWHILE, BACK AT THE LEGION OF DOOM, P.O.T.U.S. 44, Barry Soetoro A.K.A. Barack Hussein Obama said recently during a prime-time press conference “… The dollar is extraordinarily strong right now,” ... “The reason the dollar is strong right now is because investors consider the United States the strongest economy in the world, with the most stable political system in the world. So, you don’t have to take my word for it.”

Does any of this sound familiar? The U.S. Dollar is strong? The outsourcing to China, Indonesia, and India has ceased? General Motors layoffs just lies? I.B.M. cuts how many more jobs here in the United States while operating overseas at a profit?

When asked if he supported the introduction of a new global currency, Obama flatly stated, “No, I don’t support a global currency."

So explain then why the G20 Summit was touted as an "Emergency-Summit-Meeting." September 2008 was the "public" start of this financial crisis. The G20 met in the late fall of 2008 when United States President George W. Bush 43 attended. Now that United States President Barack Hussein Obama is in power, nothing more than a New World Order agenda was officially laid out and Gordon Brown is now running for chancellor of the Mother Earth!

Other evidence of this is just page after page of complaints about how "unfairly" covered his Presidential Campaign was in 2008. How about all the petitions in open court, mass protest rallies outside debates, and groundswell support based on his being the "Unknown Candidate".

2nd, and I think most important. Ron Paul is once again all over FOXNEWS / CNN / ETC talking about the financial crisis. Why is there no discussion about why the change suddenly after Barack Hussein Obama is elected suddenly now he is allowed media access? Ron Paul supporters only continue to spread his links to the shows that he is on, but why no super-stink about this sudden media warm up to the gentleman from Texas?

SPECIAL FOOTNOTE: Lou Dobbs did do an excellent job getting all of you to register as "independents" and make rigging a 51/49 election that much easier! Freedom! Choice! Democracy! Actually a Republic, however lets not let the facts get in the way of a good rant!

Ron Weisflog recently yelled at McCain and Palin at a rally speaking for a "Silent-Majority" of Republicans who want the real facts about Barack Obama out!

For 24 hours, he was known primarily as “Angry Man,” the guy at the McCain rally in Waukesha who was “really mad” and urged the Republican presidential candidate to “go get ‘em” on the campaign trail. Audio and video clips of his comments - which included telling McCain “Let me finish, please,” when the senator tried agreeing with him - were played on numerous television broadcasts, the Rush Limbaugh radio show and referenced on countless Web sites.

HOW THE PEOPLE LOST CONTROL TO THE FEDERAL RESERVE -----
Instead of the Constitutional method of creating our money and putting it into circulation, we now have an entirely unconstitutional system. This has resulted in almost disastrous conditions, as we shall see.
Since our money was handled both legally and illegally before 1913, we shall consider only the years following 1913, since from that year on, ALL of our money has been created and issued by an illegal method that will eventually destroy the United States if it is not changed. Prior to 1913, America was a prosperous, powerful, and growing nation, at peace with its neighbors and the envy of the world. But - in December of 1913, Congress, with many members away for the Christmas holidays, passed what has since been known as the FEDERAL RESERVE ACT. (For the full story of how this infamous legislation was forced through our Congress, read Conquest or Consent, by W. B. Vennard). Omitting the burdensome details, it simply authorized the establishment of a Federal Reserve Corporation, with a Board of Directors (The Federal Reserve Board) to run it, and the United States was divided into 12 Federal Reserve "Districts."
This simple, but terrible, law completely removed from Congress the right to "create" money or to have any control over its "creation," and gave that function to the Federal Reserve Corporation. This was done with appropriate fanfare and propaganda that this would "remove money from politics" (they didn't say "and therefore from the people's control") and prevent "Boom and Bust" from hurting our citizens. The people were not told then, and most still do not know today, that the Federal Reserve Corporation is a private corporation controlled by bankers and therefore is operated for the financial gain of the bankers over the people rather than for the good of the people. The word "Federal" was used only to deceive the people.

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- Federal officials on Sunday unveiled an extraordinary takeover of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac, putting the government in charge of the twin mortgage giants and the $5 trillion in home loans they back.

The move marks Washington's most dramatic attempt yet to shore up the nation's housing market, which is suffering from record foreclosures and falling prices.

The sweeping plan, announced by Treasury Secretary Henry Paulson and James Lockhart, director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency, places the two companies into a "conservatorship" to be overseen by the Federal Housing Finance Agency. We have to store food for our families if we are going to stay free and stay alive.
It is estimated that 70 to 80% of the bees have disappeared.
CNN thinks we might be a little short on honey this year. I think we’ll be tremendously short of two thirds of the food we eat every day. That’s how important the bees are. We don’t know what’s causing the bee problem, but once we find out, there is every indication that it will take a couple of seasons to solve the problem if in fact it can be solved. Please look into the importance of bees and convince yourself how absolutely urgent it is for you to store a supply of food.
We need to take our lives into our own hands and get enough food stored to last until the bees come back. Don’t wait for the government. The Senate did all they are going to do by setting aside a week to honor the deceased pollinators. When the rationing of basic food begins, those who have enough food stored to get them to the next crop will be able to be fearless and secure.
Remember, you’ll never have to stand in a bread line if you have your own bread. (If the bee issue isn’t solved, there won’t be a bread line to stand in.)
Do what it takes to store food now. I’ve got mine–you must get yours.
Why are we dependent on imports when America "could" feed the world?
We have to store food for our families if we are going to stay free and stay alive. In 1959 our country was able to feed the entire world five times over. Last year the planet did not produce as much food as it ate.Our nation presently can't grow enough food to feed itself and is dependent on imports, a high percentage of which come through the Chinese. Our dogs and cats could testify to the dangers of imported food if only they were still alive. The same genetic alteration that killed them is slowly and painfully killing their owners and the rest of us with cancer and immune-deficiency diseases.Do what it takes to store food now.I've got mine–you must get yours.

What if the food we are dependent on was all genetically altered?
Would we really glow-in-the-dark walk sideways and one eye travel to the other side of our head or just simply die like the bees, our pets (The Chinese Flour Massacre) along with our friends and neighbors who are victims of immune deficiency "designer" diseases.
Fuel on which we are dependent is expensive and monopolized by "Big Oil".
There isn't enough water to grow food, (on which we are even more dependent than fuel) or bees to pollinate it creating food shortages. I've got a great idea. Let's turn our food into fuel. We'll have plenty of "gas" to drive to the grocery store where there will be nothing to buy. Furthermore we'll teach those oil guys a lesson by not buying as much of their silly old oil. The problem is I can't remember whether body bags are made from soybeans or petroleum. Oh well, no matter.

Bill Spillane has a diverse background that includes military service, politics, and business. He worked as an international airline pilot for Pan American World Airways and United Airlines for a total of 34 years. He has also worked as an insurance broker and commercial real-estate broker. He puts his wide variety of talents and experience to work now for the cause of passing the FairTax.
After earning his B.S. in Economics from Purdue University he went on to attend Gonzaga University School of Law while on active duty in the Air Force. He served on active duty for eight years. During that time, he fought as a fighter pilot in Viet Nam and twice earned the Distinguished Flying Cross and 11 Air Medals.
After his release from the service, he joined the California Air National Guard and later transferred to the Hawaii Air National Guard. He served as the Fighter Squadron Commander and later as Director of Hawaii State Air Operations. In all, he has 32 years of service as a combat-ready fighter pilot. He was awarded the Legion of Merit and retired from the USAF/Air National Guard as a full Colonel. Among his other accomplishments, Mr. Spillane was installed as a member of the Hall of Fame at Purdue University ROTC.
Mr. Spillane also has experience with the political process. He ran for the U.S. House of Representatives in Hawaii as a Republican in 1978. He won in the primary but lost the general election to the incumbent. In 1992, he ran for the U.S. House in California as a Republican but lost in the primary.
He was also a member of the National Advisory Council to the Small Business Administration during the first Reagan administration. During his tenure, he fought to eliminate the corporate income tax, which is not borne by businesses, but generally by the customers.
Retired from airline flying; Bill joined FairTax.org in order to enact the FairTax (see http://www.fairtax.org/). He started as the CA-36th Congressional District Director and now serves as the Volunteer State Director.
Bill has four grown children and one grandchild, all of whom reside in California.

Tom Tancredo on The Scooter McGee Show

Rep. Tom Tancredo (R-Colo.), formerly a 2008 GOP presidential candidate, is calling for all new U.S. cars to run on gasoline/alternative fuel blends by 2018. The Fuel Freedom Act

Tancredo introduced legislation that would institute such a requirement, his office announced in a press release. Tancredo's bill would mandate that all passenger cars run on flex-fuel blends, such as E-85, of gasoline and alcohol-based fuels such as ethanol. The requirement would begin to take effect on cars produced in model year 2018.

Tancredo made a name for himself in the 2008 presidential race by running on a hard-line immigration platform, making passionate calls for increased border security. Tancredo ran television ads in Iowa that used images of Central American gang murders and predicted terrorist attacks, arguing that illegal immigration poses a frightening security threat to U.S. citizens.

Tancredo's release today said cars that run on flex fuel blends cost about $100 more to manufacture. "More than 17 million new cars roll onto America's highways each year, most of them capable of running only on gasoline that now costs more than $4 per gallon," the release said. "These vehicles will have an average life span of nearly 20 years, guaranteeing that American motorists will be sending more and more of their hard earned money to places like Venezuela and Saudi Arabia unless some action is taken to develop domestic oil supplies and reduce consumption of oil imports."
